Refund Policy

At Creatix Digitals, we strive to provide high-quality design, development, and digital marketing services. Because of the digital nature of our work, we have established the following Refund Policy to ensure a clear understanding of our mutual commitments.

1. Design & Development Services

For custom graphic design, website development, application development, and software development services:

• Before Project Commences: If a client requests a refund before any design or development work has started, a full refund (minus 10% administrative processing fee) will be issued.
• During active phases: Once work has begun, deposits and milestones completed are non-refundable as they cover direct hours and resources dedicated to your project.
• Post-Delivery: Once final deliverables are approved and handoff is completed, no refunds will be processed.

2. Digital Marketing & SEO

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) campaigns and Paid Advertising (PPC) setup services are non-refundable. These services require upfront setup, planning, and immediate resource allocation. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions or click counts, as search engine algorithms and market dynamics change constantly.

3. Project Cancellations

If a project is cancelled by the client midway, we will bill for the hours worked up to the cancellation point. Any excess funds paid in advance beyond the billed hours will be refunded to the client within 14 business days.
